Al Gore Trees for the Future, June 9

June 9, 10am-1pm
Veterans Memorial Parkway and Trafalgar

On May 31, Al Gore will be in town to deliver his informative talk on climate change. This event, sponsored by the St. Joseph’s Health Care Foundation, will provide 500 White Spruce seedlings to be planted by ReForest London.

Help us plant these along the Veteran's Memorial Parkway, the first of 100,000 trees to be planted along this newly-named corridor. If you drive, park at the Tim Horton's at Admiral Drive (look for signs). One lane of traffic will be blocked for safety. Wear sturdy, close-toed shoes and sunscreen and bring a shovel if you can.
