As part of our Neighbourhood Re-Leaf program in the Glen Cairn neighbourhood, we plan to plant 100 trees over the next two Saturdays in resident's yards. but we need your help!

Youth from the Glen Cairn Community Resource Centre will form "tree brigades" of 3 youth. We need 6 more adult leaders with some tree planting experience to lead the youth as we plant trees throughout the neighbourhood. We have met with residents who have requested a tree and determined the species and location for the tree. ReForest London will drop off trees to each address, and the tree planting brigades will plant the tree and move on to the next house. Transportation will be provided from house to house, or in some cases, you will walk to the next planting location.

We need adult leaders for the following shifts:
Saturday, Nov 8, 8:30-noon
Saturday, Nov 8, 12:30-4:30
Saturday, Nov 15, 8:30-noon
Saturday, Nov 15, 12:30-4:30
