The Los Angelas Brow Seminar was a huge success in 2005! Attendee's flew in from London, Canada, Africa, and many other parts of the World to learn the "Damone Robert's Experience" in person.

The seminar had a diverse range of topics including: theory, technique, business advice, how to increase sales, Q&A, self-empowerment, good food, and ultimately lots of laughter.

Last month I took my first trip out of the country to train the Holt Renfrew Cosmetic Department on Damone Roberts Products.

My time in Toronto, Canada was an Amazing experience. I was surprised how clean the city is, and how nice the people are. I stayed at The Delta Chelsea Hotel and experienced great customer service.

The first night I decided to be a real Diva and ordered room service and a movie.

When the movie was over I went to bed thinking WOW!!! I am here in Canada.

My first training was @ the Holt Renfrew on Bloor Street. I walked in and was taken back by the beauty of the store. I was a tad nervous doing my first training in front of a cosmetic department, but once I got started ( In true Diva fashion ) everything else started flowing.

I had the rest of the day to myself and decided to explore. I drove down College St, King St, Bathurst St and my personal favorite...Queen Street :-).

My last day I went to train at the Holt Renfrew in Sherway Gardens. I had alot of fun showing the staff how a good brow starts with the right products.

Coming from a make up background I explained how I also use Latte Brow Powder as a soft contour on light to medium complexions, Minx and Miss Ross pencils as a eyeliner, Gold Digger and Bling Bling can be used as eyeshadow or a wonderful cheek highlighter. My personal favorite is Pink-A-Boo all over the lid as a base for eyeshadow, or as a concealer for fair skin.

I had a blast and thoroughly enjoyed myself.
I can't wait to go back!!!

George Michael “Older”

This CD actually came out in 1996. I find myself constantly playing it through the years as it definitely stands the test of time.

I actually just went to see him in concert last month and had a BLAST! Make the time to see the show if he is appearing in your area.

The “Older” disk consist of songs that are a little slower than the George Michael of the 80’s (there are a few fast tracks), but the undeniable talent shines through when he takes the time to tell a story surrounded by beautiful orchestration. Stand outs include, “Spinning the Wheel”, “Fast Love, “Jesus to a Child” and “Star People”.
