2008 promises to be a year of change, as I am further along in my journey called self. Sometimes I feel as if I am on a treadmill running…walking…running, yet still not reaching the destination. In the New Year, I plan to focus on the fact that all that running has been to build a foundation to support the structure. Without proper structure, your foundation has no roots. I am the first to admit that I dream in color, and once a goal is realized I’m on to the next. I truly believe it is a natural part of who I am. Sometimes it feels as if those goals are not coming to fruition soon enough, but ultimately I know there is a higher power involved, and everything happens when it is suppose to. 2008 will introduce Damone Roberts New York, a new season of my television show, new products, and several other surprises that will bloom exactly when they are suppose to.
